SHIPPING RATES
We offer free worldwide express shipping on all custom printed orders. We use FedEx, UPS and DHL as our primary couriers depending on the final destination of your order. Please check the information below to see if customs duties and taxes apply to you based on your shipping destination.
SHIPPING TIME
We ship both domestically and internationally! Orders can take 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep from our facility. Shipping time may vary depending on the location, shipping method and other factors.
Once your order has left our manufacturing facility, Deluxe Canopy® is not responsible for any delays in shipments caused by unforeseen circumstances such as air/ground transportation strikes, severe weather conditions, holidays and lost shipments that require tracing by the courier.
PROCESSING TIME
For generic, non-branded (not custom printed) and in-stock items, our processing time is 1-2 business days, however this timeline may be longer during holidays or if we experience higher than usual order volume. Custom printed items are subject to the production timeline that varies depending on the product.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Customs duties may apply to your order depending on your destination country.
United States: No customs duties apply to orders shipped to the United States.
Canada: No customs duties apply to orders shipped to Canada. Taxes will be added to the total order amount at checkout. This includes local sales taxes, such as the federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) or, in certain provinces and territories, the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
Europe: All orders shipped to Europe include applicable VAT, duties, and import taxes at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. The total price you see at checkout reflects the full amount, with all taxes and fees already included.
Australia & New Zealand: All orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand and other countries in Oceania include applicable VAT, duties, and import taxes at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. The total price you see at checkout reflects the full amount, with all taxes and fees already included.
Rest of the world: All orders shipped to Asia, Africa, and South America include applicable VAT, duties, and import taxes at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. The total price you see at checkout reflects the full amount, with all taxes and fees already included.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that due to the unique nature of custom printed products, we are unable to accept returns on any custom orders. This includes but is not limited to: branded canopy tents, inflatable dome tents, trade show booths, start/finish line archways, feather flags, table covers, and other personalized display items. Our in-house team puts in considerable time developing artwork, preparing print files, and fine-tuning each product to match your branding. Once your order is confirmed, it enters a detailed production workflow that cannot be reversed without compromising quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
That said, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us right away and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly provide replacement parts or remake any item that does not meet the standards promised.
You may request a refund if we have not shipped or started production on your order. Once your refund request is submitted and approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact your financial institution.
CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER
Due to the swift processing of orders in our production facility to ensure timely delivery, we typically cannot guarantee that orders can be changed or canceled once placed. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us promptly and use the subject "cancel" along with your order number.
ORDER TRACKING
We provide a tracking number for all orders. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been produced, processed and shipped.
